Introduction

This guide demonstrates how to create a link to a specific section on a Wiki page.

For additional information about creating links on Wiki Pages, see the Wiki Links Help Page.

  1. Open the Wiki Page to which you want to link. Navigate to the appropriate section. Move the curser over the end of the header for the section and click on the Paragraph icon that appears.
    • Open the Wiki Page to which you want to link.

    • Navigate to the appropriate section.

    • Move the curser over the end of the header for the section and click on the Paragraph icon that appears.

    • This updates your URL to provide a link to that specific section of this page.

    • Copy the URL.

  2. Open the page where you want to create the link. Select the text that will become the link. Click on the link icon.
    • Open the page where you want to create the link.

    • Click on the link icon.

    • This will prompt a modal to create your link.

    • Paste in your copied URL in the top field.

    • Click Insert Link.

    • Test your new link by clicking on it.

Thanks Steve! This guide is specifically for linking to sections of wikis on a Dozuki site, but if you want to add a link to an external website, then take a look at the links section of our Wiki Formatting and Syntax page.
