Manage / List all items

How do I get on overview of items?

Database view? Table view? List on a wiki page?

Some sort of advanced search at least to list all items in the site?

  • I tried for example searching for "*" OR "" and then select type 'item' as a filter, but the wildcard does not return anything...
  • I tried variations on ___dozuki.com/Item ___ but in vain
  • maybe listing all part numbers somehow? where is all this metadata?

Rationale and use case

To ensure consistency, I'm looking for a way to manage all items - that is parts and tools - across our Dozuki site.

(to do this currently, it seems I would need to have someone clicking on every single guide and manually compiling a list of links...)

Then I'd like to list all the parts and items basically as a BOM (Bill of Material) to the users.

I see this is possible through the API,

but since I want the users to have access to this, I'm looking for an easier solution.

Hi, Filip!

Thank you for your question. There is a way for privileged users to view a complete list of item pages. To do this, navigate to your Managment Console. From there, click the Timeline section on the left. From there, click the Wiki subsection and filter the view by clicking Items on the top.

You will then have a list of all the item pages on your site!

still, #FeatureRequest:

* Add generic wild cards to the search filters.

* It would be an easy way to browse the items (any items) for any advanced user and even link to custom searches..
