How to delete orphan category. there is no delete (trash icon) in the edit section

Hi Mark,
The category is still appearing as an orphan because there is still content underneath it. In this case it seems like there are still guides that belong to the category. Once you change where those guides belong to (or delete them) the category will no longer show up as an orphan.
