Hi Mark, The category is still appearing as an orphan because there is still content underneath it. In this case it seems like there are still guides that belong to the category. Once you change where those guides belong to (or delete them) the category will no longer show up as an orphan. Best Wishes, Megan
Hi Zack, "What does 'in the process' mean. I need to make a decision on where to house our localized documentation." This feature has been on our development roadmap for a long time, but we are looking to launch a beta of this feature in September with a full production release sometime in Q4. The multilingual support features will empower your team to translate content from a source language into any language you like. Although there will be versions of your document in different languages, this will not result in clutter on your site, as what content will appear is based upon a users' preferred language. "What are my options if I want to stay with Dozuki until this is ready? Can we clone all the guides we have and populate them as they are translated? Any fast-tracks for this?" There are work arounds for presenting users with content in other languages by cloning content and making different versions of the content for each language you'd like to support. Hi Zack, Unfortuntately we cannot add specific JavaScript to individual sites for security reasons. However, we are in the process of creating a tool that will allow your site to support multiple languages and give your community the ability to help translate content. Hi Mike, It looks like you don't have an account with your current email address (m@rn.com) on any Dozuki site. Is this the email you were trying to use? Also, which site were you trying to log in to? Dozuki sites don't send confirmation emails for new account creations. Best Wishes, Megan

Hi Jeffrey, Audio will play when someone sees the video the first time, but will loop silently each time thereafter. Your users will always have the control to turn the volume of a video off.
Hi Joan, Although Dozuki supports Custom HTML headers, footers, and CSS, for security reasons we do not currently support embedding JavaScript. We are continually building the Dozuki platform based on the feedback that we get from our customers, but the ability to embed JavaScript is something that isn't often requested. Just so we understand your specific use case, what did you want to use JavaScript to accomplish?
