Thomas, I've only started to play with Courses, but from what I can tell, only the people that are assigned the courses will get notified that their course is overdue. However, Admins (or whoever else is given the permissions) can view the Training Report in the Dashboard. The report can be sorted by guides, individual users or teams.
Joshua, (Not a Dozuki Employee) I'm not sure if all sites are created equal on the number of points you receive, But Dozuki has put together some info. Reputation I know from my site here's the the approximate break down of points. Admin Approves Guide: 80ish points(if a guide has multiple contributors the points are divided up) Admin Approves Wiki: 50 points Someone completed your Guide: 20ish points (once again if a guide has multiple contributors the points are divided up) Answers Accepted: 30 points Post was voted up: 12 points Someone liked your guide: 10 points My guess is if you have authors that don't have any points that there guides aren't published? However it is also possible for Admins to add and take away points, so that may be the case to. I hope this helped.
(I am not a Dozuki Employee) I asked this question a few months ago too. There isn't currently a report in Dozuki to do this yet. There may be something in the works in the future. Your Dozuki Customer Success Manager should be able to get you more information. If nothing else share your suggestions with them and let them know what functions you would want in such a report feature. It might be something the developers and implement in the future.
Marty - I don't work for Dozuki, but I am hoping someone has gotten with you directly already on this. If not, in my experience you can contact your Dozuki assigned Customer Success Manager or email support@dozuki.com with screenshots or videos of the error and their staff will assist you in your issue. They've always been quick and responsive when I've had to use them. Hope this helps.
Jason - You can create a Prerequisite guide and insert it into as many guides as you want. Here is the link to the Dozuki's guides on Prerequisites. Link to Prerequisite Information I use prerequisites extensively. I create a guide for each process and combine them in one Container Guide (there's information on container guides in the same link above). I hope this helps.
When you're in the edit screen under the details tab there is a Enable per step timing check box. If you check it it will allow you to put an estimated time on on each step. It will total all the steps up on the main guide.
