Can you change the format of the time in Data Capture reports?

I have been exploring to see if using the Data Capture feature would be useful for me however when ever I download a .pdf or .csv it changes the time into seconds.

When looking at the looking at the entries in Dozuki it is presented as d:h:m:s.

But when you download the .pdf or .csv its in seconds.

I figured I could covert the time data in the .csv but, if it could be done in Dozuki to automatically do it, that would be better.

That solution sadly does work for the .pdf though. I will continue to try to find work arounds and solution. But thank you Zachary for the feedback on an excel solution.

I sadly I don’t have a perfect solution for you, but at least I can give you some info on what might be going on.

From what it looks like, the 367 seconds is the actual data stored by Dozuki. If my assumption is correct, then they record the time in raw seconds and convert it to d:h:m:s for the online report.

If you’re reading the csv reports in Excel, you can do the following to convert seconds to d:h:m:s.

=seconds/86400

right click to choose Format Cells option from the context menu, in the popped out Format Cells dialog box, under the Number tab, click Custom option, and enter dd:hh:mm:ss into the Type box then click OK

This is a great response for how to change the formatting in the Excel report. and @zchambers is correct in that the reporting is stored in seconds. We will take this feedback to the product team so they have it in consideration for the pdf reports, but currently, the pdf reports will display in seconds.
