Who will receive news about completed guides?

How can I set who receives notifications about completed or overdue courses from other users?

I've only started to play with Courses, but from what I can tell, only the people that are assigned the courses will get notified that their course is overdue. However, Admins (or whoever else is given the permissions) can view the Training Report in the Dashboard. The report can be sorted by guides, individual users or teams.
