The 'x Solutions' link on the right under the category image will take you to the category's question list. Clicking on the image will take you to the category page, which shows the top questions for the category (amidst all the other information about the category).

We have several part numbers we will Archive and make active again many years later. Is there a way of Archiving guides in Dozuki, so they do not pull up when the number is searched; but are able to made active again at a later date?

How does the point system work for the leaderboard? Some have thousands of points, most have 1 point. Even those that have created 100+ guides have only 1 point. Is there a system to this?

When I click the acknowledge button for changes I get acknowledgement failure? I can't access the work instruction.

Can you change the color of the text or the font sytle in the introduction section of a guide?

If one of my customers asks a question about a product that is featured in a guide, will that question appear with the guide?

I have created a new guide/course that is a crucial step to a large number of guides/courses that are already created.

I have put this new course as a pre-requisite on all of the pre-existing courses.
I have also turned on data invalidation for major updates and have released major updates on these courses in order for all employees to retake the course with the added material.

However, once an employee is successfully signed off on the course, it does not show completion on the pre-requisite course itself.

Is there a way to enable this? Or is there a better way to be doing this?
