Support the Comment Feature in Categories

The comment feature is excellent in Guides and Wikis. I find it useful for note taking when going through a procedure to ensure we didn't miss anything. However, there is no option to add comments to Category pages, only Guides and Wikis. A category page basically is a Wiki, so I'm not sure why it wouldn't have this functionality too. Just a suggestion!

Options

You are correct, it does not have a "comment" option, but it does have "Ask a question". When clicked, it opens another page and gives you a check box option for "Discussion Topic" which may work for you instead of comments.
