Can the system prompt a user to review a guide?
Can you set up a way to prompt an employee to review a guide on a timeline that you prefer, such as quarterly or bi-annually?
Can you then review those metrics?
Is this a good question?

Hi @theo,
Thank you for reaching out with your question! Dozuki courses may be set up to provide employee training that requires them to review guides on a periodic basis. The users assigned to a course receive a prompt to complete each guide that is a part of the course. If a recurrence interval is set, Dozuki prompts the users again to complete the training after the specified time interval has elapsed. The training time criteria begins with the initial assignment of the course. If a new release of a guide is published, there is an option to require users to complete their training on the newly published guide(s). You can learn more about Dozuki Courses here.

@lucasbishop - how are authors notified that a Periodic Review is due (or overdue)? Do the receive an email from Dozuki or do they just get a notification within Dozuki?
@jillachor currently the assigned author for the document will receive a daily in app reminder notification for pending periodic reviews and a weekly reminder for documents that were flagged as needing to be updated. We are evaluating adding an similar email based notification for periodic reviews as well, so this great feedback!
Another thing to note: admins will have access to a periodic review dashboard that shows due/overdue reviews, documents that do/don't have periodic review setup, as well as historical completions.
