Introduction

This guide demonstrates how to ask a question in the Answers feature.

  1. You can ask a Question in 2 ways: Navigate to the category page relating to your Question topic.
    • You can ask a Question in 2 ways:

    • Navigate to the category page relating to your Question topic.

    • Scroll down to the Support Questions section on the page. Browse existing Questions related to this category to see if your Question has already been asked and answered.

    • If not, click the Ask a Question button on the right

    • Add the following to the end of your site URL: /Answers

    • This page defaults to the All Questions tab. Browse through all questions to see if your Question has already been asked and answered.

    • You can also Search all questions for related topics.

    • If you don't see your Question, click the Ask a Question button at the top right of the page.

  2. Choose which Category your question would be best placed under.
    • Choose which Category your question would be best placed under.

    • Enter your short, yet descriptive Question Title.

    • Include any additional information in the Description text box.

    • Add Tags to help categorize your question further and allow other users to find your question when they search Answers.

    • When you've completed all fields above, click Preview Your Question!

  3. Preview your Question to check for typos, errors or missing information.

    • If you are satisfied, click Submit Question.

    • Your question will be posted to the Answers page to await an answer.

    • You will be notified when Answers or Comments are submitted for your Question.
