I find the available image markup symbols too limited

The selection of image markup markers is very limited - i.e. circle, rectangle and line/arrow.

Many users here have commented about this and requested more flexibility e.g. addition of text but it has remained the same for many years now. I have made several requests myself for this capability but nothing has been forthcoming.

Personally, I think this is a major limitation of Dozuki as many of the procedures I create would benefit immensely from having text markups.

Please, can you allow text markup. I think it would make Dozuki significantly more attractive to potential users.

I feel the Markup system could use a revamp too. The biggest thing I wish it had is curved arrows. From twisting an EPO, throwing a lever, or just closing a door, a curved arrow would be so much more elegant than what we can do.

Personally, I’m indecisive about text on images. On one hand I can see the use for certain people, but on the other hand, text on images can be a messy problem (hard to read, too small on certain screens/devices, etc.).
