Should I be able to create a list within a guide step? when I hit enter to create a new line in the current bullet text it just starts a new bullet.

Thank you for your question! Currently, Dozuki does not support creating lists within a single bullet in a step. You can create a list of items within a sentence in a bullet, but you cannot create a formatted list using separate lines for each item.
