Why am I getting an Unsatisfiable approval process error

When publishing a guide as an admin I get an Unsatisfiable approval process error. How do I fix this?

Hi @charlie, thank you for reaching out with your question. The error you are receiving is caused when there are not enough enabled approvers to approve pending requests using that specific approval process. This can happen when an employee who is part of the approval process has their user account disabled. An admin will be required to review the approval process and edit the stages to make the approval process satisfiable again.

If the approval process is built using individual user stages, the disabled user will need to be replaced with a new user. Any pending requests that are currently awaiting approval via this approval process will be cancelled and will need to be resubmitted for approval using the updated version of the approval process.

If the approval process is built using team stages, it is likely that there are not enough enabled users on one of the teams to approve that team stage. In this case, a site admin can either add a new team member to the team associated with the approval process, or they can change the number of approval signatures required to satisfy that team stage.
