When editing course completion, it only allows to add courses completed. Is there a way to “reverse” completion? We had a person take a course on their phone and they did not realize they had to scroll through on their phone to see the different parts of the step in the guide, they just answered the questions. We would like for that individual to retake the course. Is this possible?
