Unable to change password

I’m trying to change my password on iFixit’s site, but don’t see the option to do so. When I try changing the password using the “Forgot” option, it gives me this error message:

This account was created by logging in with Google or Facebook; It doesn't have password access.

Yet, I’m able to log into my account using an email and password, NOT a social media platform log-in.

Answer this question I have this problem too
