I am trying to flag a guide as featured but the "Flag" option is not showing under the edit -> Introduction tab. I tried doing the
[flag|Featured Guide]
like it would be done for a wiki but it just showed up as text on the page.

Thank you for your question. You can add Flags to your guide page using the handy Flag tool at the bottom of the Introduction tab page in your Guide Edit interface. Here is a helpful visual guide demonstrating this process: How to Add a Flag to a Guide.

Thank you. Regarding the Flag option not showing in my guide editor, the flag page got set to private which was causing issues. to reset that you go to <sit name>.dozuki.com/info/flags and in edit mode remove [flag|private]
