Can I copy a guide to a new guide for translation?

Hi there,

I want to translate one of the guides I already created into a new language. Easiest would be to copy the existing guide to a new guide and then translate the text chapter by chapter. This way, I wouldn't have to import all the pictures and formatting all over again. Is that possible?

Thanks, M

Hi Marc,

We are currently developing multilingual support functionality that will allow you to translate your guides to multiple languages without having to duplicate the guide, or recreate it. This functionality is currently available on iFixit.com and will be available to Dozuki customers in the next few months.

In the meantime we do offer a guide duplication tool that can be used to make an exact copy of a guide. If you are interested in using the guide duplicator please contact us directly at sales@dozuki.com.

We also offer a machine translation feature with a built-in glossary that allows users to view a guide or wiki page in one of the 20 languages we support. You can try this functionality out on our demo site.

Please let us know if you have further questions about our multilingual support capabilities.

Thanks!
