Integrate in Chat capability

It would be awesome if we could integrate a CHAT capability right within the ONLINE guide. This chat could be there available for customers having problems with specific areas of the Guide. This would add REAL value for Enterprise support options.

I agree, that would be cool! Are you interested in a chatroom that's exclusive to a specific guide, so customers can interact with each other? Or would you like a sitewide customer service chat that connected to your support representatives?
