Is it possible to embed videos at the step level within my guides? I want to create several software tutorials and feel like this would be a great way to enhance my content.

Currently, you can only embed videos within the Introduction section of a guide.
Embedding videos at the Step level within guides is a high priority feature on our development roadmap, but will not be available by the launch of Dozuki.
I recommend checking out Eric's great post on including video to the Introduction Section.
