Quizzes
Quizzes are automatically-graded assessments, each tied to a specific guide. Those guides can then be assigned to a course, for trainees to automatically take and submit quizzes, receiving immediate scores and feedback.
The Quiz dashboard is accessible from anywhere on the site, along the top banner.
Using the quiz dashboard , leaders can see progression and upskilling for different sites, teams, and individuals. The granular data provided by quiz results, such as statistics on an individual question, can then be further used to improve the quiz, its attached guide, or even the process itself.
Score vs. Grade
When taking a quiz, a user receives both a Score and a Grade, with the key difference being the type of information conveyed.
- A Score is a quantitative value (fraction or percentage) representing, the number of questions answered correctly vs. total number of questions.
- A Grade is a qualitative Pass or Fail based on parameters defined by the quiz author.
For example, if you took a 10-question quiz where 6/10 was set as a passing grade and answered 7 questions correctly, you have a Passing Grade with a Score of 7/10.
