We are using Dozuki guides with data capture fields to replace paper AM and PM forms, and also operator checklists. We are in the early stages of this process but seeing these types of examples will help me tremendously. We are working with the Support team to fix a few issues regarding date formatting that will make it easier for us to create reports from exported data.
