  1. When viewing a submitted ticket, users that are signed in as part of an organization can view all requests submitted by other members of that organization. Hover over the user drop-down and click Requests to display a list of all requests submitted to the support team.
    • When viewing a submitted ticket, users that are signed in as part of an organization can view all requests submitted by other members of that organization.

    • Hover over the user drop-down and click Requests to display a list of all requests submitted to the support team.

    • Click on an open request and use the text field to Add to the conversation.

    • This information all appears to the Support team in the form of an email.

    • Detailed information about ticket status, including priority, can be found in the field on the right side of the ticket page.
