Introduction

With Dozuki, you can estimate for and track time spent on each individual step in Operator View. This data appears in the guide's Report, allowing for discrete estimates and accurate time reports down to the second.

  1. In the Guide editing interface, click on the Details tab. Click the checkbox to enable or disable Per Step Timing on a Guide.

  2. From the Details tab, click on a step to edit it. Use the fields to enter a time estimate for an individual step in hours, minutes, and seconds.

    • Minutes and seconds go from 0-59, while hours are unrestricted.

  3. When viewing the guide normally, the sum of estimated time on all steps will appear as the Time Required to complete the process, rather than an estimate. This time is also displayed in Operator View, at the beginning of the guide and counting down on the right side of the page.   4. After completing the guide in Operator View, click Work Order Summary. The printable report appears with estimated time as well as actual time.

    • In this example, a large discrepancy between estimated and actual time could indicate that Carl Roberts rushed his work a little.

  5. Downloading the work order report follows the normal process for downloading work order reports, outlined on the Reports Category Page. Click on the User drop-down, then click Manage to open up the Management Console.

  6. Under Reports, click Timing and Data Capture Select the report you wish to view, organized by guide title.

    • Click on the three dots to open a drop-down menu and download the report as a .CSV file.

    • Adding, removing, or editing Per Step Timing will create a new draft of the Guide.
