You can set a limit minimum or maximum for the numeric input range.

To prompt the user to input longer text, use the Multi-line Text Area data capture form.

This field is used to collect a sentence or two of information, such as a short explanation of issues that a user encountered during the work process.

Use the Checkbox data capture form for multiple selection answers or a checklist requirement.

This field is typically used by users to indicate that they have completed something, such as a single crucial step.

Use the Radio Buttons data capture form for a list of choices.

This feature is ideal for limited options.

Example: What is the correct temperature for Machine 1?

95 Degrees, 97 Degrees, etc.

You can add more than two choices.

Use the Dropdown Input data capture form to allow the user to scroll through multiple options to report information or answer a question.

You can use the Drop-Down Menu for longer lists.

Use the Image Input data capture form to upload images the user captured during the work process.

Use the Video Input date capture form to attach a video that was captured during the work process.

Use the Document Input data capture form to attach a document.

Use Self or Team Signoff if the step or guide requires a sign off for approval, whether by one person or a team of people.
