How to move a guide from one category to another

I made a category and built a couple guides in it, but then realized that I wanted to break the guides into more sub-groups.

To do this I put the sub-categories in but am having trouble getting the guides to move easily. Wasn’t sure if this is a bug or if I just don’t know how it’s supposed to be done.

I tried going to the guides and changing the selection of category on the location dropdown in the introduction tab of the guides, but it’ll only change the location if I create a release of the guide.

Is it possible to have the guides be moved in the category manager or have a similar thing for guides themselves?

Hi @ahmedhabib, thank you for your question about organizing guides. Because the guides were originally created in a different category, you will need to change the location where each guide is organized and create a new release of each guide for the change in location to take effect. Each release of a guide is organized in a specific category and this can only be changed by creating a new release.
