What do I do when I'm done?
This is the first time I have tried this. I'm done with my guide (only one step was needed) but I don't see any "All Done" button to press.

Hi Granddad,
You will need to remove the In Progress flag located in the introduction tab of guide edit. You will also want to make sure the Privacy setting is set to Public.
