I’ve been uploading a variety of images into Guidebook to attach to guides. However, some of them fail because they don’t meet your minimum pixel requirement of 800x600! Also, sometimes I have to crop my images. What is the reasoning behind this?

Although different minimum pixel requirements exist for other images you can upload into Dozuki, we selected 800x600 pixels for the minimum image size in steps. On top of this, we also require or crop to a 4:3 aspect ratio on images.
These reason behind these images is a result of those two parameters result in high quality images that complement the layout images in the steps of a guide.
